Fashion Exclusive Return and Exchange Policy
At Fashion Exclusive, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), please review our policy below for returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
Time Frame: You may return items within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, earrings, and clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are available for items of equal value if you would like a different size or color.
Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of delivery and subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you may request a store credit or refund instead if the item is not on sale.
3. Return and Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact us at info@fashionexclusive.co.za with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
Step 2: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item(s) back to us.
Step 3: Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of our receipt of the returned item(s).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a prepaid return label for the return and ensure a replacement or refund.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
7. Store Credit
If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credits can be applied to future purchases and do not expire.
