Fashion Exclusive Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping is available at a flat rate of R99.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose express shipping at checkout. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your location, at a rate of R99.
Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination though the standard delivery fee is R99.

3. Shipping Destinations
We ship across South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through our delivery partner’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or remote locations that require additional transportation time. If you’re uncertain about your location, please reach out to us before placing an order.
