Return Period: Items are eligible for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items cannot be refunded, including:
Final sale or clearance items
Swimwear and earrings, due to hygiene reasons
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact us at info@fashionexclusive.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order, and provide your order number along with a description of the item(s) for refund.
Step 2: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide instructions on how to return the item(s).
Step 3: Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Shipping Fees
Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@fashionexclusive.co.za.
We will cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items and ensure a replacement or full refund.
6. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
7. Store Credit Option
If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the refunded amount, which can be used on future purchases and does not expire.
